Centro Culinario Ambrosia - situated in the southern part of Mexico City - is fast becoming one of the most prestigious cooking schools in the world. Its installations and curriculum appeal to the most fastidious gourmet. CCA uses the most modern equipment available and implements the latest culinary techniques.

Courses range from mini 1-2 day "destressing" sessions to a full 28 month curriculum for a professional degree in Culinary Arts. Professional degrees in Pastries, Mexican Cuisine, Mediterranean Cuisine and Restaurant Management are also available.

"The Centro Culinario Ambrosia offers the opportunity to know of a new professional training option, learning to use equipment and utensils, developing abilities through present theoretical bases in each culinary technique, offering the possibility of placing them in practice at any time.  The instruction ranges from learning about sensibilities to identifying and selecting products - conserving and processing them - to participating directly hand-in-hand with our Group's chefs, be it in banquets, restaurantes or gourmet delis, developing your common sense and increasing your passion for Cooking."
